Boswell Williams is a Jamaican born artist who migrated to the United States in March 1991. He carried with him the creative passion and intense desire to achieve. He attended the Cultural Arts Center in Syosset N.Y where he was able to refine and develop new techniques that he now uses to create exciting works of art as seen here today. In 1997 Boswell attended the New York Institute Of Technology for Architecture (Interior Design), then Katharine Gibbs for Digital Media and Applied Science in 2003. While at Gibbs he learned Film Production which includes Digital and Film Editing, Animation, and Sound Editing to name a few. Boswell could never stay away from his first love which is fine art. The mediums mostly used are ink, oil paint, graphite, and water color. He favors oil more than the other mediums, because it demands more patience and technique. Boswell Strives to capture the emotions of his subjects in all his work. His art work reflects the struggle, love and pride of the people in our everyday society. Boswell's art works is admired and revered by many. Grace Blake (film executive), Jaheim (R&B) singer, and Yolanda Zellous are a few of the many that has work of art that he has created. Boswell hopes to get the recognition as one of the leading artist of our time. Till then he will continue to create beautiful works of art that will captivate, mesmerize and inspire those who appreciate fine art.
